Min Min, like the rest of the Arms cast, has springy, extendable limbs. She attacks independently with each stretchy arm, and can equip each of her arms with one of three weapons — Megawatt, Ramram, and Dragon — giving her a variety of attacks that can be swapped on the fly.
A new stage, Spring Stadium, is also coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Eighteen music tracks from Arms are also coming alongside Min Min. She’ll be released June 29, and costs $5.99.
Sakurai said that Min Min was chosen as the next Smash Bros. fighter at the request of Arms producer Kosuke Yabuki. Another Arms character, Spring Man, already appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as an Assist Trophy fighter. Additional Arms fighters appear as part of Min Min’s Final Smash move.
In the world of Arms, Min Min is an 18-year-old who works at the Mintendo Noodle House.
Min Min from Arms is the first of six additional characters coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as part of the Fighters Pass Vol. 2. All six characters — plus new stages and music — will be released for Ultimate by Dec. 31, 2021, Sakurai announced during a Nintendo Direct Mini presentation in January. The first Fighters Pass added Joker from Persona 5, Hero from the Dragon Quest series, Banjo and Kazooie, Terry from Fatal Fury/The King of Fighters, and Byleth from Fire Emblem: Three Houses to Ultimate as paid content.

Now we're cooking with some real fire here
Min Min recently crossed the two month mark since she initially released in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and while many players believe her to be quite good in the game, it's been a bit harder to gauge in a broader sense without the standard tournament events that we're used to.
Min Min Smash Ultimate Release Date
Liquid|Dabuz is no stranger to fighters with uniquely extended hitboxes considering his history playing Olimar and Rosalina, so after seriously using Min Min for some time now in Ultimate, the pro decided to create his own early match up chart for the newest character.
How To Play Min Min Smash Ultimate
There's only 18 characters out of the 80 on the roster who pose a significant threat to Min Min's game plan of nailing players from a distance which is pretty darn good in a game where most under that category have harder times succeeding consistently.

On paper, the newcomer is mostly only outclassed by other fighters who can negate her mid-range zoning tactics by getting around that entirely with high speed in cases like Zero Suit Samus and Joker and those who can easily screw up Min Min's mediocre recovery attempts like Pikachu and Duck Hunt.
With the overwhelming majority of matches either even or in her favor in Dabuz's eyes, Min Min apparently has some strong match ups against some of Smash Ultimate's strongest characters considering Snake is in a 'definitely winning' category with Peach, Lucina and Shulk in the slight advantage ranking.
Min Min's enjoyed a fairly popular run in Smash Ultimate thus far despite her technicality required to play at higher levels, so it'll be interesting to see if the hype train continues through the release of the second DLC character of Fighter Pass Vol. 2.
